Despite being an avid fan of all holiday customs; pumpkin carving, egg dying, tree decorating, holiday card making – you name it, I’m there (in appropriate seasonal attire), I’ve recently been taking these time-honored traditions and giving them an update. With Halloween approaching I decided to opt against the classic jack-o-lantern and instead decorated my pumpkins with metallic paint pens. The process was simple and the decorating design is completely up to the creator. Pictured here I tried out some hand lettering along with a few effortless designs. I’m so pleased with how these turned out, I may even say they’re gourd-geous!
